We are looking for Site Admin Officer – Dahod

You’ll make a difference by:
Provide administrative support to the project team at Dahod

General administration like supporting the Joinees in finding suitable accommodations/schools at Dahod, shift management etc.

Handling Statutory Compliances under Contract Labour Act, PF ACT, ESIC ACT, Min. wages Act, Payment of Wages Act etc.

Liaison with various private / government entities for smooth conduct of various office activities at Dahod

Update the staff presence/absence sheet on a daily basis

Responsible for the site office maintenance i.e. Internet maintenance, stationery maintenance etc.

Managing of safety PPEs in close coordination with EHS team

Desired Skills:
You should have a minimum of 5 years of similar experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Well verse with local language (Gujarati), good communication in Hindi and English
