We are looking for an effective Warehouse Team Lead to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

We are seeking for a Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Logistics, Supply chain management or Business Administration with 10 + years of experience This role is based in Goa but you’ll also get to visit other locations in India, so you’ll need to go where this journey takes you. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong decision making and problem solving skills Hands on experience with WM SAP Module and databases is mandatory Hands on experience with SAP Module implementation will be added advantage We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
