Job Description

• Daily interactions with customers via phone across a range of issues encountered by Sify Connectivity customers
• Diagnose customer issues through process of elimination by asking probing questions
• Conduct first level troubleshooting to identify the nature of the problem and raise/assign the ticket to the respective technical team for further assistance
• Handles customer queries in an efficient, timely and professional manner
• Identifies and suggest opportunities to improve the process thereby increasing customer service experience
• Alert supervisors when there is an absence of information in the knowledgebase
• Document action/steps of the customer issues within CRM appropriately based on the existing process guidelines
• Provide easily understood answers adapted to the customer situation
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager
