Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

You ensure that software manual testing activities are carried out as documented in the test plan at module level.You review test artefacts and provide specific and constructive feedback to test engineers.You independently prepare test scenarios and test cases for complex modules.You thoroughly understand the role of test engineers in both waterfall and agile models and can mentor test engineers You lead software testing activities like test preparation, test execution and reporting at module level.You coordinate with Test Lead on day to day basis to ensure that testing activities are on track.

You have graduated from a reputed academic institution. You have 3-6 years’ ‘hands on’ experience in Manual TestingYou have profound experience in functional testing of software products/ projects in both waterfall and agile development methodologiesYou possess thorough knowledge of software testing and test content management tools like JIRA, ALM, Microsoft TFS, SharePoint, Confluence etc.You are an effective team playerYou have good communication skillsYou are keen about following the processes and improving them to achieve more effective testing
