Job Description: The candidate should act as Lead automation engineer for Glass factory projects/any other Projects.Develop & Design automation programs using modern PLC technology like Siemens (S7 400/1500, TIA, WinCC, PCS7)Integration of Automation system with modern Drives Systems and their control like, Siemens PLC’s and Field process InstrumentationLead and deliver automation projects globally, understanding the specifications and scope of commissioning, development and implement program /or coordinate local automation teams.Coordinate the activities required in the implementations interacting with the areas of Production, Maintenance, Systems, Quality, Security, External Suppliers, etc.Comfortable running equipment using internal or 3rd party software, able to decipher logs and troubleshoot equipment.Executing cold and hot commissioning of Automation System and conducting Performance Test with extreme focus in safety of human and resources understanding the site conditions.Ideal candidate will have the following skills and education:QualificationsBachelor’s degree in electrical & electronics or Control Engineering departmentoverall 4-6 years of expereince in Seimens PLC AutomationMinimum 2-4 Years Automation Experience in Siemens PLC Programming, Engineering, Commissioning and Site Troubleshooting.Technical expertise of automation products as well as digital services (SIMATIC-PCS7, WinCC)  Technical understanding of drive & motor systems (Sinamics, Masterdrive, Micromaster, Simotion Series)Experience of Siemens products and solutions with hands on experience in IO Testing and Loop checking etc.,
