Job Role: Corporate Salary
Role Definition: Providing support to branch profitability by Acquisition of Salary accounts from
corporate.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquisition of Salary accounts from corporate & meeting monthly productivity norm
Explain and collect the appropriate documentation required for account opening as per the laid
down KYC policy of the Bank for onward submission to the Branch delegated authority.
Pitch higher variant salary accounts to Senior employees along with managed program
Cross-sell and disseminate information on direct banking channels (Net Banking, Mobile Banking,
Phone Banking, Debit Cards, etc.) and other products/services (Assets /Life Insurance)
Ensuring that the customer signs being physically present in front of the SALES OFFICER
Preparing Daily Sales Reports having the details of all the calls made during the day
Education: Graduate & above
