Qualification: Graduation Degree in any steam
Required Experience: 3-5 years experience as EA to Senior Management in Corporates or Private Universities
Responsibilities:
Calendar management and scheduling intra/inter-departmental meetings (physical mode and online), including preparation of meeting minutes, storing information on sharepoints, google drive etc
Preparing MS Word documents, Powerpoint presentations, etc for meetings of senior leaders and Heads of institutions
Creating concise content for newsletters, social media posts, etc
Handling email correspondence with internal and external stakeholders; liaison with Senior Industry Executives
Performing routine office duties including but not limited to managing department front desk, internal/external visitors, ordering supplies, keeping records, arranging departmental gatherings etc
Coordinating with the Travel Desk for travel arrangements
Provide general administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the department
Key Skills
BA/BSc/BCom/BBA with secretarial experience preferred
Proven experience of 4-5 years as an Executive Assistant of Director/Senior Management
Excellent English Communication, both written and spoken; Experience and proficient in business communication and correspondence
Proficient in IT tools, for eg: MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Teams etc), Canva, Sharepoint, Google Drive etc
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Ability to work with various stakeholders to get the job done
Must be able to do trouble shooting and meet deadlines
Self-driven and motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
