Role Summary
As an Associate with Procurement Operations team, you will support Spend Management business processes, drive operational efficiency through streamlining supplier enablement, PR/PO management efforts, and offer best-in-class customer service to Splunkers and our Supplier community.
What you’ll get to do
Provide effective customer support to both internal and external stakeholders across all communication channels.
Execute procurement transactions ensuring the purchase order process completion in alignment with the policies and ensure invoice discrepancy resolution.
Facilitate supplier onboarding process collaborating with internal and external partners.
Coordinate Invoice/goods receipt/payment reconciliation process.
Facilitate the implementation of process changes, in alignment with established policies.
Must-have Qualifications
1+ year(s) of experience in procurement and vendor onboarding
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
Showcases ability to deal with ambiguity.
Knowledge of Ariba and SAP
Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required)
Nice to have
Must have strong MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

Base Pay Range
India
Base Pay: INR 720,000.00 – 990,000.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
