JOB SUMMARY
Hybrid role with 60% Frontline sales and 40% client service support responsibilities: –
Frontline sales responsibilities include :–
Overall client group revenue, profitability, and risk acceptance for clients as GTS in the hybrid role.
Identifying new opportunities for growth along with product partners.
Developing and maintaining client relationship, their needs in various markets.
Build and maintain strong working relationship with Risk, Legal, Compliance, FCC and other key stakeholders. Ensure that the portfolio remains credit worthy and within the policies of the Bank.
Regular pricing reviews and ensure to be in line with the market for all products.
Regular competitor benchmarking exercise to help shape the bank’s sales, marketing, product, pricing and service strategies.
Proactively engage with Risk team for timely completion of all CDD, GICs, FCC related matters,
Driving utilisation levels by monitoring transaction history.
Ensure adherence to all internal and external regulations to embed compliance risk monitoring as an integral part of the Business process for example quarterly reviews and e-learnings.
Service Manager Responsibility include:–
Build strong client relationships developing network within Client’s Operational Department
Provide timely and consistent Customer Service reacting immediately to both Trade and Cash inquiries
Managing clients’ expectations providing clear info in reference to time to solution, possible outcome and maintaining open and transparent dialogue.
Keep proper track record of inquiries and always confirm closure/ resolution of inquiry to the client.
Ensure all Client Escalations is registered in Workbench to give visibility to Senior Stakeholders of issues at hand. Escalations could be related to frequent delay in swift statement delivery, RFIs, any other product/process or service-related issue.
Conduct Service Reviews for key clients and/or branches.
Conduct regular client trainings

Good Product Knowledge, Data Analysis and Sales activity support
New Opportunity identification / top-line growth
Managing RFIs and Compliance related queries
Regular Branch / International division calling to ensure business growth in both Cash & Trade.
Strategy
Provide timely and consistent Customer Service reacting immediately to both Trade and Cash inquiries
Build strong client relationships developing network within Client’s Financial Institutions /Operational Department.
Identifying Cross Sales of Products with client Banks and Monitoring Pricing.
Ensure Adherence to all Internal and External Regulation to embed Compliance Risk.
Using Market Intelligence to provide inputs to Sales on New Ideas and Product Gaps.
Business
Attend to client issues promptly and effectively. Escalating major issues to relevant stakeholders and following up with relevant teams to ensure case closure at the earliest.
Assist Sales to design, conduct and participate in client events for the market and region.
Regularly interact with client/client branches who give us high volumes/business to help strengthen relationship.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders especially – COBAM, Trade Operations, CMO, etc)
Grow our wallet / revenue of client covered as GTS (both Cash & Trade)
Processes
Be aware of and fully compliant with the TB operational risk and governance framework
Timely completion of all mandatory E- learnings
Review on regular basis products and cash volume report, providing Sales with updated data trend vis a vis key currency per each client, focusing on top 10 clients within assigned portfolio.

Ensure all e-learnings / trainings are duly completed.

Our Ideal Candidate
Postgraduate with at least 5 to 10 years of work experience in Trade & cross border remittances.
Certified professional in International Trade finance & client service background preferred.
