Join our top-notch team of nearly 60,000 professionals globally who are making their mark on some of the world’s most beloved brands, including DEWALT®, CRAFTSMAN®, CUB CADET®, STANLEY® and BLACK+DECKER®The Job:As a Customer Support / Inside Sales, you’ll be part of our SBD team working as a employee.You’ll get to:PO Processing, checking price, stock and giving OA to customers- ALL Systems Product line.Coordination with SCM team for order punch – order confirmation / sales order generation.Preparation of all Quotes (Spares/Services) all customers- ARC Contracts submissions/RenewalsGiving Purchase Indent for 4 product lines post stocks checking to SCM team Communication with Affiliatesà Germany, Italy, Japan, China, MJS, UK & US.Preparation of all Quotes (Spares/Services) all customers- ARC Contracts submissions/Renewals.Check minimum stock of all 4 Product lines -Consumables/Critical spares & send Purchase Indent—biweekly basis.For overdue payment follow-up with customers along with POD/Ledger sharing and coordination with SCM/Finance AR teamMaintaining /tracking RFQ Sheet, Samples/RDC/FOC Sheet, Order flow sheets.Every month carry out all OEM level GRN/Ringi/ASN for each PO/Invoice for Smooth Invoice Recognitions.Giving dispatch intimation weekly & solving Credit Lock issues customer wiseSending dispatch details to customers- Invoice/PL/AWB/PODHS code verification and corrections for each Import Invoice/BOE with customsThe Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
