Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit various sales reports viz stock & sales report; debit note tracking

Support the retail and institution teams by keeping track of targets and supporting with data requirements

Analyse and present value wise and brand wise sales comparison data for Domestic and BIO brands

Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information

Apply online purchase order , import permits, shipment details at Corporation portal as and when required

Liaise with the commercial finance in preparation of C-form application and submission to Karnataka State Beverage Corporation Limited

Extend administrative and office support in maintaining attendance report, petty cash register, tracking gift article ledge

Must have requirements:
Graduate in any discipline with 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity

Proficient in the use of MS-Excel and PowerPoint

Analytical and multitasking skills

Candidates based in Bangalore with knowledge of local language will be preferred
