JOB PURPOSE:

Sycamore Hospitality Pvt Ltd is a Hospitality management and Consultancy Start Up based in Goa. Incorporated in 2020 we have already established a string presence in the state of Goa having multiple properties in our portfolio.

We are looking for dynamic and versatile candidates looking to make a career in the Hospitality industry to be part of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hiring of Team members for all properties under Sycamore Hospitality.

• Handle the day to day operations Of the HR functions and

duties

• Setting of new policies & SOP’s for all properties & all Employee Roles.

• Compiling and update employee records

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle the recruitment process by posting job ads, coordinating interviews and

contacting candidates

• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

• Drafting Of appointment letters and contracts and any HR related documentation

• Handle day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes as required

• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules. and regulations

• Handle in payroll preparation by providing relevant data

• Communicate with public services when necessary

• Support with coordination Of HR related events, trainings and activities

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
