This is a remote position.

Job Overview

We are looking for a QA Lead with 10+ yrs. of experience in manual plus automation Testing and QA activities, to join our team of IT professionals. As a QA Lead, you will be liaising with the Developers and Project Managers to identify and test key features of software programs. Apart from testing, you should be able to develop well-planned and structured test plans/cases, test strategy. You should be detail-oriented and possess excellent troubleshooting abilities. As a QA lead you should possess leadership skills to manage QA team. You should provide suggest different testing approach to client long with identifying the scope of testing.

Mandatory Skills

• Manual testing
• API Testing using POSTMAN.
• Selenium, C# – 4 – 6 year test automation experience.
• Sound SQL Knowledge.
• Database testing experience.

Responsibilities

Create test strategy and test plan for existing and new applications.

Identify test tools for different platforms like web, API, window etc.

Identify various best tools for test reporting, test management, test automation.

Guide and mentor to testing team.

Collaborate with developers and QAs to improve testability, automation, and tools.

Preparing automation scripts.

Execute automated test during sprint and release cycles.

Troubleshooting automation software issues.

Creating automation test plans and cases.

Preparing detailed automation test reports.

Reviewing technical specifications and design documents.

Database testing.

Define and maintain test sign off policy.
