The role involves assisting team in effectively managing employee communication/engagement and corporate social responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Executing the employee communication plan across internal channels and social media to enhance employee engagement and bolster employer branding
Help manage engagement with station staff, in addition to the corporate office
Executing internal events of small and large scale involving key stakeholders
Driving implementation of CSR plan aligned with the organisation’s focus areas
Tracking and evaluating community projects with measurable outcomes
Leading engagement from employees in volunteering activities
Close coordination with international offices, partners, vendors etc.
Cross-functional and inter-departmental coordination
Record keeping of data, images and knowledge repository of Corp Comm
Management, maintenance and regular updation of various reports and information resources
Skills & Attributes
Good understanding of internal communication and corporate social responsibility
Good writing and verbal communication skills
A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and good team player
Good with coordination with multiple parties, follow-ups with internal/external stakeholders, documentation and administrative processes
Good at record-keeping and compilation of reports

0-2 Years of working experience
Qualification
Graduate from recognized university
