Background-
At least 1-2 years of experience of front end Technical Support on DELMIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE.
Must have good technical skil ls in Dassault Systemes Digital Manufacturing product portfolio and know-how to assist in technical solution selling.
Exposure to manufacturing domain and technologies.
Excellent business communication skills.
Ability to manage customer expectations clearly & concisely.
High level of self-initiative and works well in a team environment.
Know How and Key Skills Requirements:
Engineer ing background with professional experience in Robotics and Process Simulation using DELMIA V5 & 3DEXPERIENCE software.
Excellent knowledge of Manufacturing Item Definition, Process Planning, Process Validation, Line Balancing, Plant Layout, Ergonomics Assembly Simulation.
Good to know Equipment Design, Work Instructions, Robotic Simulation, Surface Simulation & DELMIA Process Engineer.
Knowledge of various automotive TCF & BIW processes.
Added advantage on Factory Flow Simulation & Quest.
Provide customer support, Product Demonstration, Proof of concepts, work with service providers to enable issues resolution and enhancements.
Work closely with the sales team during Pre-Sales phase of any opportunity.
Lead the workshop/Training & Enablement session to customers.
Deliver Front & Back-End support on a Dassault Systems brand software & Fixed Pack installation and solving issue related to software License.
Monitor and track support request (SR), Product enhancement request (PER) to DS Team in a DS service desk portal.
Education: B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engineering or Equivalent
