Tata Technologies Looking for TCF PROCESS SIMULATION at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

Skill sets required:
Good Knowledge on Team center (Rich client, thin client. Vis mockup), Tecnomatix (Process designer, Process simulate), and MPP

Work Scope:
Simulation

• Conduct dynamic simulation studies and verify manufacturing requirements for dynamic load cases
• Evaluate tool designs and interface between tool and product designs using simulation analyses
• Identify areas for improvement/optimization for product, process and tooling designs and provide simulation analyses reports to the MEs, CMEs and TIEs outlining issues and solutions
• Perform ergo studies to check for reach, hand access and line-of-sight analyses for CMEs and Ergonomists

Roles & Responsibilities for Engineer

• Input Analysis and understand the customer requirement, quality work execution
• Update Project tracking sheet
• Do the analysis as per process.
• Update the quality check sheet and review with the peer.
• Follow Quality management system, Ensure First time quality and On time Delivery, participate in RCA
• Review with Customer
• Develop, Improve & Follow Standardize work
• Perform Problem solving, participate in continuous improvement activities, achieve continuous improvement targets Workplace Organization
