Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s revenue growth by reaching out to potential customers over the phone, building relationships, and persuading them to purchase our products or services. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads or generated lists.
• Introduce our products/services to prospects, understanding their needs, and explaining how our offerings can address those needs.
• Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening.
• Provide accurate information about products or services, pricing, and any promotions or discounts available.
• Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
• Utilize sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and product knowledge to effectively guide conversations and lead them to successful outcomes.
• Record customer details, interactions, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and successes.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Continuously update product knowledge and industry trends to stay well-informed and provide relevant information to customers.
• Attend regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, or a related role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Basic computer skills, including email, internet research, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
