Tekdi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Looking for Business Analyst at Pune Full Time

The Business Analyst will be responsible for working with customers to understand their cares and pains; and help the client convert them into technical solutions. The analyst will also detail out the solution as a product / project roadmap, and work with the client to identify priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Develop and document solutions, typically via requirement documents, user stories and wireframes
• Work with client stakeholders including disconnected teams on the client side
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends; be able to take concepts from a different industry and apply suitably in another relevant place
• Manage the implementation of solutions
• Work with Tekdi implementation teams to guide them and answer questions related to requirements.

Skills Required

• Keen listener; should be able to listen to customer requirements, and use techniques like the 5 whys to understand true pain areas and value adds
• Excellent communication skills; be able to conduct brainstorming workshops for detailing out the requirements
• Ability to document solutions using diagrams and text
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge web development fundamentals – web; mobile; APIs; servers; frontend; backend; DevOps etc would be useful
• Knowledge of typical tools used during product development – JIRA, Confluence or similar tools
