Job Description

Job Summary:
Ensure Ordering and Stock allocation activities are completed within agreed time-lines which enables the products to be available for customers

In this job I am accountable for:

• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
• Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI’s
• Knows and applies fundamental work theories/ concepts/ processes in own areas of work
• Completing ordering and allocation requests to ensure the right products reach the right store on time
• Ordering stock for Distribution centers accurately; through order requests and various ordering tools to ensure the right stock reaches the DC on time
• Performing regular system maintenance for all supply chain attributes
• Delivering operational KPI’s at the expected quality and accuracy levels by adhering to the quality framework
• Keeping self up to date with process changes
