1. Responsible for create a strategy for generating business leads for Design Consortium.
2. Responsible for implementing the strategies for generating leads for Design Consortium and all its projects.
3. Responsible for Driving leads to a closure by implementing various marketing methodologies.
4. Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring company’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, leading to improvement in marketing efforts and increase in sales
5. Responsible for building relationships with potential and existing clients through social media networks.
6. Preparing weekly dashboards of activities planned.
7. Coordinating with PR agency for publications and events.
8. Coordinate with in-house Architects for creating content for publications.
9. Strategizing, Planning and coordinating weekly training programs (both soft skills and technical) for the organization
10. Responsible for conducting induction program for the new joiners.
