Position: IT Supply Chain Senior Analyst

Summary:

Hersheys is looking for an IT Supply Chain Sr. Analyst for our growing International Organization, who will be part of our Kinaxis Rapid Response (RR) Product Team. This person will play a critical role interacting directly with RR users in the Supply Chain space across the globe to understand requirements, analyze them and collaborate with the team to design and implement a solution.

This role will report to our International Manager IS Finance & Supply Chain and will be a key player to enable the International broader strategy and roadmap.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

• Establish a business partner relationship with Supply Chain stakeholders in international markets, collaborating to identify and define requirements that meet business objectives.
• Manages Rapid Response configuration changes including, but not limited to: Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, custom settings, dashboards, reports.
• Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practices, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience for Supply Chain.
• Support all aspects of user and license management including new user provisioning/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups and sharing rules.
• Assist with data management and perform mass data updates as needed to resolve issues or ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with Super Users to ensure master data management.
• Ability to research and analyze the impact of change on our rather large Rapid Response landscape.
• Maintain a good understanding of the business processes and objectives supported by the tools used.
• Respond to cases (user inquiries that require troubleshooting of any RR related topic including, but not limited to function, usage, “how to”, data quality, data structure, reporting, etc.)
• Collaborate with the Product Team on agile methodologies to develop epics and user stories for product life cycle evolution for the upcoming years.
• Integrate International markets in one single instance and scalability, standardizing ways of working between Hershey´s different regions.
• Stay current on RR new products, features, and skills with ability to achieve relevant certifications when required.
• Provide timely and clear communications with Business and IT Stakeholders.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple in-progress initiatives while keeping all on track.
• Technical orientation, such as the ability to use data models, workflow diagrams, etc.
• Proactive attitude and results driven mindset.
• Ability to navigate on a global organization.
• Experience project management methodology (Agile) and project issue tracking tools such as JIRA is a plus.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience working with Demand & Supply planners teams / initiatives.
• Rapid Response Certifications is desirable (Administrator level 1, contributor level 1)
• Hands on experience in Supply Chain tools (SAP WMS/MM/PS/FI/SSFF/S4)
• Hands on experience in Development is desirable (Java or similar)
• Use of reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, BI tools, etc.
• Management of data bases (SQL, Azure data lake /data factory) – mandatory

Education:

Bachelor’s degree with a Science, Technology or Engineering.

Experience:

5+ years experience in Supply chain
