Handling end-to-end Recruitment – Sourcing, Screening, and Shortlisting the potential candidates from possible sources Job Portals, Referrals, and databases, and managing job postings. Screening & short-listing candidates’ profiles as per the requirements of clients. Interacting with candidates, and doing the initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job roles. Understanding the requirement received from the client Sharing the screened profiles with the clients & scheduling the interviews of the shortlisted candidates. Coordinating weekly meetings with Hiring Managers on recruitment updates & candidates shortlisted Coordinating with the Hiring Managers and with candidates after the company selects the candidate. Preparing & Updating Reports, Trackers on a Daily/Weekly basis.
