Responsibilities:
The role of an admin is to support all the administrative tasks in the school to ensure that the organization runs smoothly. Following tasks are expected from the admin:
Manage documentation of the school on our IT platforms.
Manage all administrative tasks on a daily basis like purchase, stock, inventory etc.
Handling school phone with patience and a positive approach and answering each query promptly.
Handle admission inquiries as and when required.
Manage and coordinate school events.
Managing the maintenance of the campus.
Managing school ID cards for learners.
Managing the orders, issuance and stock of uniforms for all stakeholders.
Coordinate with the food manager for all food arrangements on campus.
Ability to multitask and readiness to take up any task assigned.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in any field with fluent English communication.
Experience as admin for a minimum of 1 year
