Siebel Admin Tasks, User Administration, Siebel Server Management, Web Server Management

Job Administration(Running jobs for EIM, workflow process batch manager) and Regularly checking the status of Jobs, and RCRs.

Server Resource Monitoring (Memory, disk space, performance)

Restart Siebel Application, gateway, and web services Monitor, Analyze, and troubleshoot Production application performance, server logs, and components behavior.

Experience in Performance tuning of the Siebel Application/Database and Experience in Disaster Recovery setup.

Support the compliance requirements and provide the required information regarding Audit

DevOps Role (Siebel Admin) plus Siebel configuration knowledge

Excellent implementation experience in Siebel IP 2022 and its product modeling, Order Management, and Web services modules.

Should have good hands-on Siebel CRM/OBIEE Integration using SSO authentication

Hands-on experience in Siebel Clustering/Database Cluster and Siebel Reporting functionality, expertise in handling day-to-day siebel admin activities related to code migration, system maintenance activities, and housekeeping activities.

Good exposure to the Siebel Upgrade process, Independently undertaking the build and configuration of Siebel servers of IP14 – IP20, iP22 versions Win platforms. Working knowledge of IP14/IP22 system administration.

Must have knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management database.Good exposure to automating various Siebel admin-related manual tasks
