Job Profile
This job role entails the following –
Handling all inbound calls into the office from prospective clients, prospective employees, existing clients, users of our HRMS system
Efficiently handle all inbound sales enquires and passing on the relevant details immediately to the sales team and updating the CRM
End to end query resolution by reaching out to various points of contact within the organization and closing the loop with callers in a timely and efficient manner
Addressing all standard product related queries (eg: login failure issues, no response on problem tickets, etc)
Interact with various parties through a variety of channels such as phone & email and ensure that all valid user concerns are being dealt with immediately and escalations if any, are appropriately informed to the management.
Desired Candidate profile
5 – 8 years of experience in call handling, helpdesk, customer support roles
Enthusiastic
Excellent communication skills
Able to handle pressure, and good at multi-tasking
Ability to handle tough customers
Experience: Min: 5- 8 years
