About the role:
The Licensing Account Management team at TMB is seeking a Content Research Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you are responsible for supporting the licensing team’s sales efforts through creative research and sourcing of content throughout TMB’s vast UGC library. You will partner with Account Managers across the team to meet client businesss and creative needs according to associated deadlines. You will work directly with Sellers and Account Managers on the team in addition to members of other departments such as content acquisition, marketing, rights management, and more, making you a crucial part of TMB’s growth and overall success. This role reports to the Associate Director, Licensing Account Management.
We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, London, and Gurgaon. This position will be based out of Gurgaon.
You are someone who is resourceful, research oriented and internet savvy, with an experience and appreciation of user-generated content across social platforms and the internet. You are someone with an entrepreuniral spirit with an eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges. You love to manage multiple projects and tasks with conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Your day-day: (aka Responsibilities)
Responsible for pre-sale creative content research & playlist building to support sell-through of licensing deals
Monitoring content trends and new uploads into our library for proactive outreach
Build expertise in common licensing contracts, such as, but not limited to, Appearance (Talent) Releases, and be able to communicate contract status
Support Account Management in adhoc projects and administrative needs including but not limited to clip reporting and updates to clip notes
Maintain thorough communication with TMB’s Account Management and other teams to ensure efficient workflows across our global offices

Detail oriented with a skill for prioritization and time management
Excellence in customer service and communication, both written and verbal
Existing knowledge of the digital and social media landscape
