Job Description:-As a Creative Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the creative direction ofprojects within the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, includingdesigners, copywriters, marketers, and developers, to develop innovative and impactful creativesolutions. Your role will involve managing and inspiring a team of creatives while ensuring thesuccessful execution of projects from concept to completion.Responsibilities:-Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, video editors, videographers, and photographers.Oversee the entire creative development process, including static and video creatives, from concept to final delivery.Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all creative assets.Create brand logos and design elements from scratch, aligning them with the brands vision and values.Possess a high understanding of aesthetics and apply it to all creative outputs.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop creative strategies that align with the brands objectives.Lead brand video shoots, still shoots, and manage the production process to ensure high- quality final deliverables.Have a good understanding of creative copy for advertising and design, effectively integrating copy elements into the overall creative concept.Requirements:-Minimum 6 years of experience in a reputable brand or creative agency.Extensive exposure to all forms of creative development, including static and video creatives.Proficiency in the tools and software currently used for video and static creative production.Strong experience in Figma design and Adobe Suite.Exposure to working with premium brands either at an agency or directly with a brand.Excellent understanding of aesthetics and the ability to translate that understanding into compelling creative outputs.
