The Opportunity

We are looking for a COE Lead to drive our Healthcare vertical (Globally). The person should be a subject matter expert in the domain and should have a clear understanding of the industry. The individual will be a part of our leadership team and will be responsible for growing the healthcare practice within Unthinkable.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 10-16 Years

What you’ll do

• Packaging/Solutioning: Package our healthcare services into accurately defined and marketable solutions according to the client needs
• Conversion goals: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and qualify potential opportunities, ensuring a high conversion rate from leads to closed deals. Also, analyze conversion metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.
• Thought Leadership: Research and identify latest and future trends in the healthcare industry and share thought provoking ideas and solutions with internal teams and to the world at large. Remain active in the business community through various channels including conferences, meetups, blogging, etc
• Talent Development: Attract, retain and grow consultants in the healthcare domain to build a high-performance team
• Delivery Management: Manage delivery, associated risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, defining delivery frameworks etc
• Partnerships & Associations: Be responsible for relevant partnerships and associations that help us to establish our credibility in the healthcare vertical
