Overall Purpose of The Job To assist in SHIPSURE data entry for vessel certificates, vessel details and other data as needed by SHIPSURE for the 31 x BELSHIPS vessels.

Overall Purpose of The Job To assist in SHIPSURE data entry for vessel certificates, vessel details and other data as needed by SHIPSURE for the 31 x BELSHIPS vessels.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks Setting up vessels, machinery and certificates in SHIPSURE database.
- Maintain housekeeping of orders in the database ensuring accurate, up to date admin records
- Tracking of orders for invoicing and delivery to vessels
- Produce monthly update record
- To perform other tasks as directed by the line manager
Required Experience Competence
- Able to demonstrate relevant experience in
similar roles, as well as competent IT skills in
MS Excel/Word and web based database usage
- Good communications skills and an ability to
interact with clients and colleagues comfortably
is required, as well as being well organised with
a systematic working style
- Fluent in English and business English writing
skills
- Good experience in managing responding to
emails as well as effective in communicating
with clients over phone and in person
