Service Supply Chain Planning, APAC region.
Responsibilities
Liaise with multiple stakeholders such as Service managers, Construction Project managers, Engineering and Sales teams to develop forecasts for multiple demand types and aggregate for different time horizons
Engage regularly with key stakeholders across APAC region to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and market intelligence inputs
Review statistical forecast generated and overlay commercial & business insights to generate the final demand plan
Analyze forecast accuracy, provide root cause analysis and drive action plans together with the regional operations team
Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs
Coordinate with Master Data Management team for overall material master data consistency in systems including Material Enrichment, Pricing, Sourcing etc.
Prepare & Participate in monthly meetings with Global SIOP organization; Close follow up and updation of KPIs in collaboration with regional and global supply chain teams
Ensure optimal safety stock to ensure customer service levels are met
Provide business support on special demand & work actively on process improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Engineering
5+ years of experience in Demand Planning
Successful experience in Matrix organization
SAP working knowledge majorly in Material Management, Demand Planning & Forecasting
Strong team player across cultures and disciplines
Able to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
Constant exploration of best practices in supply chain planning and technology landscape
Competencies

Ability to work with limited supervision with frequent changes in priority
Demonstrate a high degree of analytics proficiency
