Job Details 8+ years of marketing experience in content marketing, brand building or digital marketing, and executing successful marketing campaigns Keen interest in music, entertainment and NFTs Experience of leading a team of 1-2 members Ideate and prepare end-to-end marketing execution plan based on viewership goals that we want to drive across channels Work with the in-house insight studio to arrive at demographic segment that the content will appeal to and what kind of messaging we want to deliver through the content Build innovation first stunts to drive buzz & create on-ground & digital experiences to drive consumer engagement Work closely with Ads-sales / monetization team to drive sponsorship revenue, participate in pitches with brands/advertisers Cross-functional co-ordination between various teams & external stakeholder i.e. social media, digital marketing, PR, content acquisition, content creators, talent, digital agencies, production house, etc. Set team & project goals, while managing day to day work targets Create detailed campaign performance reports with post-launch metrics and learnings Work with cross functional teams and share best practices
