Detailed description: Leading and executing the end-to-end support /solution for assigned customers.
• To build relationships with the leading Indian OEMs specially with Maruti Suzuki through periodic visits, direct mailers, seminars conferences
• Responsible for wallet share management, sales planning and execute business expansion strategies
• To gather market intelligence on existing competition, market pricing
• Supporting existing customers and programs on need basis
• Working with other sales and BD colleagues in developing strategies for business development
• Communicating and collaborating with the Program Management, Product Delivery Customer Leader, Technical Sales, MP&L, Finance and other cross functions to ensure that ever exceeding customer requirements are met.
• Keeping track of competitor product performance and its failure to embark on new sales prospects.
• Identifying business opportunities and supporting new vehicle programs of the potential customers
• Hunting for new business by understanding “Customer Cycle plan” and developing product strategy proactively.
• Commercial settlements with customer for new projects and existing projects by honoring company defined process.
• Account receivables review of key accounts and follow up with customer to adhere to receivable targets.
• Developing an integrated communications strategy and plan targeting key internal and external stakeholders
Technical Knowledge and Skills
An accomplished Automobile Tier 1 Industry sales professional with the vision and Leadership insights to strategically plan, execute and grow the organization profitably to capitalize on emerging business opportunities.
• A customer relationship executive with a proven track record of achieving sales increase through trusted relationships with special focus on Maruti Suzuki
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with minimum 15 years of Experience. Having Management degree is advantage.
• Proven ability to communicate technical subject matter in an easily understood manner for various audiences specially in Automotive Cockpit Solutions domain
• Strong speaker and presenter and influencer
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
• Have Growth mindset
