What you’ll be doing
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through voice, email, and chat
Follow communication procedures to resolve partner issues promptly
Document and maintain records of customer interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find solutions for partner concerns
Ensure timely resolution of complaints and queries
Take ownership of open cases and prioritize closing them
Meet service level agreements and requested deadlines
Strive for excellent service and exceed customer expectations
Maintain high partner satisfaction for ongoing relationships
Adhere to operational and quality standards
Provide high-quality support across different channels
Act on feedback from reporting managers
Adapt quickly to product and process knowledge
Comfortable working independently and in a team
What you’ll need
Graduate
Minimum 1 year of experience working on an international campaign in a contact centre environment
Fluency in English spoken and written language
Attention to detail
Availability to work shifts in rotational shifts
Clear credit and criminal records
