Job Description

Position Summary

Wiser is looking for a detail-oriented, customer service-centered, Data Curation Associate to join our Data Validation and Curation Team. The ideal candidate will have outstanding attention to detail, be reliable, have a strong work ethic, and have an overall fun attitude. Your daily job will help our Fortune 500 clients make game-changing decisions!

Essential Functions

Communicate regularly with our users via customer support platforms

Review data via internal tools to ensure the highest quality for our clients

Alert the Operations Team when there is user confusion or potential red flags in the data

Complete post-campaign data reviews to double-check any data outliers

Be a key player in providing input for future Data Quality tools

Qualifications

Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience

1+ years in a professional environment

Knowledge of customer support platforms such as Help Scout, JIRA, or ZenDesk.

Superior attention to detail and communication skills

Able to learn new technology quickly

Able to multitask and handle multiple requests at a time

Must be reliable and flexible to work a weekend day, if needed potentially

Adhere to a high standard of excellence and quality

Comfortable with regular use of Zoom, Outlook, Excel, and other software technologies
