To be responsible for many aspects of a property functions, including housekeeping, human
resources, facilities, security, public relations, social media, F B Production ,F B Services
, sales and financials.
Oversees different departments , guests, and other staff.
Maintaining full knowledge of all inner working of the hotel, including room rates, hotel
policies, specials, availability, VIP guests, hotel events and more.
To ensure a positive experience that exceeds guests expectations.
Management of portal bookings, inventory, rates, sold out etc.
Reservation handling by mail, telephonic for individuals and groups.
Payment follow ups
Feedback responsibilities at Trip Advisor and online
Email marketing
Organizing holidays, conferences, get together and party event
