Job Description
As the Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator , you will be a specialist for hiring operations, ensuring a seamless, candidate-centered hiring process. You will keep the interviewing processes organized and efficient while actively maintaining clear lines of communication with recruiters, hiring managers, researchers, hiring committees, and candidates (e.g., from entry-level to executive leadership hires). You will work on improving both operational efficiencies and candidate experience to contribute to the success of the Staffing team across the world.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate interview schedules, hiring events. Organize logistics, liaising with candidates, and Zscalers across all functions. Partner with all levels of Zscalers to arrange interview schedules and provide a boutique level experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Manage relationships with talent acquisition stakeholders to ensure efficiency in the management of Zscaler interviews.
Develop data-driven strategies and insights, identifying both short and long term opportunities.
Improve processes using a data-driven approach, including developing tools, efficiency, and automation solutions focused on improving operational efficiencies and candidate experiences.
Communicate professionally, tactfully, and diplomacy at all times and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Assist with other related recruitment coordination duties and input into projects as required
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years of working as a successful Recruitment Coordinator in a fast paced and professional environment.
Experience with structuring problems and working with data to uncover insights, create presentations, and make story lines to assist executive decisions.
Experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work and communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels with a high attention to detail
Have a proactive and methodical approach with the ability to work to key targets, work under pressure and within tight timelines
Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks successfully, working independent within a compliant and regulated business and within a team environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in improving and identifying issues in processes.
Experience in suggesting improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to make these changes
Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, global, and changing work environment while focusing on customer service.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience with the ATS (SmartRecruiters/Greenhouse) and GSuite
