We are looking for a motivated contact centre executive to join our team and contribute innovative ideas to help us achieve our goals and increase our leads.
Location: Gurgaon (India)
Responsibilities
Contact our existing customers and new customers in India, US, UK, Sigapore etc. by telephone
Customer requests and inquiries are recorded and forwarded to responsible colleagues
Document the conversation in our database and maintain the addresses and contacts
Follow the processes as per defined guidelines and ensure the data quality in CRM system
Prepare and submit reports at a regular interval
Coordinate with corporate marketing team to implement the initiatives and follow the HQ guidelines
Education, Experience & Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar profile
Requirements
Strong communication and writing skills
Experience of taking care of customers over the phone
Familiar with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel.
Communicate confidently and skillfully and convince with friendly demeanour on the phone, to win over customers and provide them with the best possible care
Ability to plan, organize and manage independently
Proficiency in English language
Ready to work at night shifts
Proficiency in German language would be advantageous
