Role & responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Sr Executives calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute to attendees.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the CEO, responding to inquiries and routing messages appropriately.
Coordinate and plan events, ensuring that all arrangements are made on time and within budget.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to support the decision-making process.
Manage and organize confidential information, maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Provide administrative support, including managing expense reports, arranging accommodations, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting Sr executives.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Able to work independently and take initiative.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
