Requirement Analysis:A critical review of requirements to ensure requirements are Identifying the right actors, addressing a relevant problem, offering the most appropriate solution or capturing the desired value clearly and unambiguously.Elaborate / Refine/ translate the acceptance criteria for the team as required.Co-own product backlog and create tech stories and tasks.Design:Solution design, document and evangelize.Ensure code is aligned with the design and design is aligned with the requirements, functional and non-functional.Continuous refinement and refactoring to maintain a healthy design.Development and Support.Practice and Lead.Trunk-Based Development.Behavior-Driven Development.Shift Left Testing.Pair Programming and Code Reviews.Manage CI/CD, identify and eliminate bottlenecks, and track and improve cycle times.Monitor builds and deployments across customers.Track and improve performance on DORA metrics.Run the software you build.Reliability across all environments and customers.Ownership and responsibility for fixing all issues.Management:Ensure complete mastery of product knowledge within the team and sharing across the organization.Engage and interface the team with all stakeholders.Product Owners, BAs, Customers, PMs, and Chapter Leads.Ensure alignment with.Product Management on functional aspects.Relevant Chapters on technical aspects.Relevant PMs on delivery aspects.Focus on and demonstrate.Continuous optimisation of processes, people, and costs.Continuous improvement of the quality of deliverables.Continuous deprecation and pruning of unused features and artefacts.Qualification:Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in software development, leading teams for 3-5+ years.Excellent knowledge and experience in Agile Software Practices.Expertise in one or more of the following, with working knowledge in the rest – Data.Engineering, Data Science, API & Services, Full-Stack App Development.Experienced in designing, developing and deploying Cloud Native or Paas based Solutions.A pragmatic, action-oriented leader with a good sense of priority and a point of viewBackground in BFSI, especially lending, is a plus.Good verbal and written communication skills.Relevant: S hould have at least 5+ Years of experience in Data Engineering, and experience in either Data Science OR Full Stack Development will work.Technical Stack: Expertise in one or more of the following, with working knowledge in the rest – Data Engineering, Data Science, API & Services, Full-Stack App Development
